The more pages you have give you more of a chance to rank well for a more diverse set of keyword phrases: this should technically lead to more traffic from Google, Yahoo and Bing. All business websites are different and there is never any ‘One Size Fits All’ solution to how you should be structuring your SEO campaign or the types of SEO services you should be employing. When optimizing for search traffic today, marketers can’t think just about
rankings. They need to be holistic in their approach to the visibility and
appearance of listings. You don't necessarily need a large social media presence, just an active one. The more you engage with the local community by responding to comments and questions, the more your Facebook, Google+, Twitter and other social profiles are likely to appear in local searches.
We're searching in different ways already
High authority links are great, but in my opinion, relevant links win the game every time. SEO means Search Engine Optimization – and refers to the process of creating and modifying a website so that it gets more traffic from Google and other search engines. SEO used to be simple and you could just write your keyword over and over again, but has become more complex over the years. As a rule of thumb, the easier you acquire a link, the less value it will likely have. You have to think outside of the box (link building is not just guest posting). In the same way a landscape architect needs to understand the elements of the property he is designing for in order to achieve the goals of the project, you need to understand how your website stacks up to your competitors, what gold (or iron) may be underneath the surface, and how your surrounding environment can impact the outcome of your campaign.
Blog Commenting in SEO and it’s need
Find out which keywords and phrases people frequently search for as well as what is trending. A look at what the competition is using could also help you. Usually, companies do not understand the importance of a newsletter. If it is used properly, the benefits can be great. Publishing a newsletter will increase attention and awareness of your readers or clients. With quality and interesting content, you increase the probability of sharing it, thereby increasing traffic and the number of backlinks. Google recognizes that a site might have two versions on the same page (web version and printer friendly version), and this duplicate content is actually meant to make for a better user-experience, and not trick the search engines. Why are links so important? Firstly, links are the connecting paths of the internet, the primary way to move from one site to another. Secondly, a link from one site to another acts as a citation – evidence that the target site is useful or interesting in some way. Search engines view these citations as a sign of authority.
Links are a quality-over-quantity thing
Using structured data, you can serve Google your address details in the most convenient way. Stuff every blank space in the digital world with tons of unsaturated- keywords-loaded-irrelevant or relevant content and you get a backdoor entry straight to the destination, this was the story a couple of years back, now it has changed. Now you have nothing but just good content to prove your brands worth to the search engine. Search engines have a limited ability to recognize images, animation, video and audio. Gaz Hall, a Freelance SEO Consultant, commented: "You can use some practical tools that’ll make it much easier to find keywords. You will still have to make a short list yourself (no corners to cut there), but once you have ten to twenty proper keywords, you can use several tools to find similar keywords. Using these tools will significantly speed up the process of coming up with long lists of keywords."
Have a Site Map and Text-only Navigation
The SERPs will most likely choose to display your meta-description, so it needs to be captivating to encourage people to click through and read your blog. You only have 156 characters to play with, so every word has to count! Keyword Research and Implementation is important for making any piece of copy shine, especially in the eyes of search engines. If you want to link to somebody but you don’t want it to count as a vote (you don’t want to pass link-juice), or you support user-generated content and want to deter spammers, you can use a nofollow link. Google says it discounts the value of those links. I’m not convinced they discount them heavily, but other SEOs are so they seem to deter spammers if nothing else. The main text content on the page must be unique to avoid Google’s page quality algorithms.
